Came in at 9. Four of them were working, all of them saw me but continued to ignore me and prep for closing (from what it looked like). So I confirmed that they were still open (I checked the times listed on the door and it indeed said 10PM) I confirmed again to make sure and asked, "Are you all still open?" to which the one gentleman behind the counter replied with his back to me "Yea but we're all busy". At that point one of the ladies turned around and said she could take my order. I just told her that I changed my mind because I didn't want to bother them and left. Didn't get so much as a "Sorry for making you wait ....". For this establishment I have only one suggestion: Do better.
Seems that the staff was more interested in what they needed to talk about personally.
Kept getting interrupted while trying to place an order. $35 to feed four people and not get attentive service.
We always order here for family movie night. They sometimes mess up the blizzards but not often. The food is always fresh and tastes good.
No one greeted us when we got there or said they'd help us in a minute, we got ignored for 5 minutes while we stood at the counter (and yes there were 3 girls behind the counter that saw us.) We finally ordered our food to go and were told they'd call our number. No one ever called a number and our food Sat on the counter getting cold before we finally asked if it was our food. Customer service needs to be retrained at this location.
